The APC Gombe State Gubernatorial candidate,, Dr Jamil Isyaku Gwamna, has warmly congratulated His Excellency, Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, CON, on the occasion of his seventh anniversary in office as Governor of Gombe State.
In a statement personally signed by Dr Jamil, he said Governor Yahaya seven years of leadership have brought visible transformation, institutional reforms, and remarkable progress that have fundamentally reshaped the development trajectory of Gombe State.
According to him,under Gov Inuwa Yahaya stewardship Gombe has evolved into one of Nigeria’s most admired examples of purposeful governance, prudent management, and sustainable development.
He maintained that “Across the state, the evidence of your administration’s impact is clear and enduring. From the massive expansion and reconstruction of roads and urban infrastructure, to investments in healthcare facilities, schools, water projects, agriculture, housing, and rural development, your government has changed the physical and economic landscape of Gombe State”.
Dr Jamil Isyaku Gwamna further said that beyond infrastructure, your administration introduced critical systemic reforms that strengthened governance and public administration.
He listed such Reforms to includes reforms in the civil service, land administration, revenue generation, fiscal discipline, procurement systems, and transparency mechanisms have improved efficiency, enhanced public confidence, and positioned Gombe among the better governed states in Nigeria.
The APC flag bearer added that “Most importantly, your leadership has sustained peace, political stability, and social harmony in the state. In a period where many parts of the country continue to face serious security and communal challenges”.
“Gombe under your administration has remained relatively peaceful, united, and investment-friendly. This atmosphere of stability has encouraged business growth, attracted investors, and created opportunities for the people”. he added.
Dr Jamil Isyaku Gwamna maintained that as Gov inuwa yahaya administration gradually approaches transition, history will remember your commitment to ensuring a peaceful, seamless, and responsible succession process anchored on party unity, continuity, and the collective interest of Gombe State.
He said the statesmanship and leadership within the APC have continued to strengthen the party and preserve stability across the state.
Dr Jamil Isyaku Gwamna similarly, also congratulated Gov inuwa yahaya on his successful emergence as the APC candidate for the Gombe North Senatorial seat. Your victory is a clear reflection of the trust, acceptance, and appreciation the people have for your leadership and service.
