Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has condoled with the family and people of Kusada over the passing of former member of the House of Representatives, Alhaji Samaila Dalha Mati.
The Governor, during the condolence visit to the bereaved family in Kusada, described the late lawmaker as a dedicated public servant who represented Kankia, Kusada and Ingawa Federal Constituency and contributed to the development of his people.
“This is a painful loss to the family, constituents and Katsina State. Alhaji Samaila Mati served his people with commitment,” Governor Radda said.
He prayed to Allah SWT to forgive his shortcomings, grant him Aljannatul Firdaus, and give the family and constituents the strength to bear the loss.
Governor Radda also urged the people to uphold the late lawmaker’s legacy of service, unity and community development.
He was accompanied by Minister of Art, Culture and Creative Economy, Hannatu Musa Musawa; former Minister, Arc. Ahmed Musa Dangiwa; and Member representing Musawa/Matazu Federal Constituency, Hon. Abdullahi Aliyu.
Others in the entourage included the Chief of Staff, Hon. Abdulkadir Mamman Nasir; Principal Private Secretary, Hon. Abdullahi Aliyu Turaji; and members of the Katsina State Executive Council.
