Farmer Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago has assigned portfolios to six commissioner-designates.
A statement signed by Bologi Ibrahim Chief Press Secretary to the Governor said Prof. Isah Adamu is the commissioner for Rural Development, and Mohammed Danladi Garba will head the Ministry of Technical and Vocational Education.
Mr. Lucky Barau is the commissioner for tourism and culture, while Mr. Emmanuel Alamu will head the Ministry for Special Duties.
The Ministry of Sports and Youth Development, as well as the Ministry of Commerce, will be headed by Isah Wakili and Saidu Shuaibu Kaboji, respectively.
The Farmer Governor said that assigning portfolios to the commissioners-designate was to enable them to assume duty immediately after swearing in.
He congratulated them and wished them success in the discharge of their duties.
