    NAF JET CRASH: Governor Radda Condoles President Tinubu, Ondo Govt and Victims Families

    Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has expressed deep shock and sadness over the Nigerian Air Force ATR-42 jet crash near Igbokoda in Ondo State.

    A statement signed by Ibrahim kaula Mohammad Chief Press Secretary to the Governor said Governor Radda described the crash as a painful loss to the nation, noting that the gallant officers died in active service to the country while on a routine mission from Benin to Lagos.

    He further aligned with President Tinubu’s directive for a thorough investigation into the cause of the mishap to prevent future occurrence, while assuring the Armed Forces of the continued support and solidarity of the people and Government of Katsina State.

    Governor Radda commiserated with President and Commander-in-Chief, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Sunday Kelvin Aneke, the Government and people of Ondo State under Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, and families of the 25 passengers and seven crew members involved in the tragic incident.
