Kano State Governor, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, has condoled the Vice-Chancellor of Aliko Dangote University of Science and Technology (ADUSTECH), Wudil, Professor Musa Tukur Yakasai, over the death of his mother, Hajiya Saudat Muktar Muhammad, aged 90.
In a statement signed by Sunusi Bature Dawakin TofaDirector-General, Media and Publicity Government House, Kano the Governor described her death as a painful loss to the family, relatives, friends, and all those whose lives she touched.

Governor Yusuf acknowledged the important role mothers play in shaping their children’s character, values, and future.

He urged Professor Yakasai and the bereaved family to take solace in the life of service, sacrifice, and guidance their mother lived.
The Governor prayed to Almighty Allah to grant the family the strength to bear the loss and forgive the deceased’s shortcomings.
He also prayed Allah to accept her good deeds, make her grave a garden of Paradise, and grant her Aljannatul Firdausi
