The Commissioner of Police, Zamfara State Command, CP Ahmad Muhammad Bello, PSC+, MNIPS, has paid a series of courtesy visits to key security agencies in the state, including the Nigerian Air Force, the Department of State Services (DSS), the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), and the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC).
A statement signed by the command public relations officer DSP Timfon John said the visits are part of ongoing efforts by the Command to strengthen inter-agency collaboration and enhance the overall security architecture within the state.
During the engagements, the Commissioner emphasized the importance of synergy among security agencies in addressing the prevailing security challenges. He noted that effective collaboration, intelligence sharing, and joint operations remain critical in combating crimes such as banditry, kidnapping, and other forms of criminality.
CP Bello commended the respective agencies for their unwavering commitment and contributions to maintaining peace and stability in Zamfara State. He further called for sustained cooperation, mutual support, and coordinated strategies to ensure a safer environment for all residents.
In their responses, the heads of the visited agencies expressed appreciation for the Commissioner’s initiative and reaffirmed their readiness to continue working closely with the Police Command to achieve shared security objectives.
The Zamfara State Police Command remains committed to fostering strong partnerships with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the protection of lives and property across the state.
