Niger State Governor Farmer Mohammed Umaru Bago congratulates the Muslim faithful on the Islamic New Year 1448 AH.
The Farmer Governor through his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, urges Muslims to renew their commitment and devotion to the worship of Allah.
He encourages them to be more tenacious in their prayers for themselves, their families, the state, and the nation in general for a peaceful, stable, and progressive society.
The Farmer Governor acknowledges the significance of the Islamic New Year to Muslims and enjoins them to allow the teachings of the Holy Quran and the Hadith to be their daily guide in life.
He appreciates Allah for the 1st day of Muharram in the Islamic New Year and wishes them a happy, peaceful, and prosperous year.
The Farmer Governor also reminds them to continue to be ambassadors of peace and unity in their various communities.
He further appeals for a continuous show of support, patience, and understanding for his administration while reaffirming his determination to improve service delivery.
