    FIRST LADY OF ZAMFARA STATE HURIYYA DAUDA LAWAL FELICITATES WITH MUSLIMS ON THE OCCASION OF THE ISLAMIC NEW YEAR 1448 AH

    The First Lady of Zamfara State, Her Excellency, Huriyya Dauda Lawal, extends her heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the Muslim Ummah in Zamfara State, across Nigeria and around the world on the commencement of the Islamic New Year, 1448 AH.

    In a statement signed by Rabi Yusuf chief press secretary office of the first lady said as Muslims usher in a new Hijri year, Her Excellency calls on the faithfuls to reflect on the lessons of the Hijrah, which symbolize sacrifice, perseverance, faith, unity and devotion to Allah (SWT). She urged Muslims to continue promoting peace, compassion, tolerance and mutual understanding within their communities.

    Hajiya Huriyya Dauda Lawal also appealed to the people of Zamfara State to use this sacred period to offer sincere prayers for the restoration of peace, security, and prosperity of the state. She emphasized that collective prayers and support from citizens remain vital to the success of government efforts aimed at improving the lives of the people.

    The First Lady assured the citizens that the administration of Governor Dauda Lawal remains committed to delivering meaningful projects, sustainable development and people-centered policies that will enhance the welfare and well-being of all residents of Zamfara State.

    She prayed that Allah (SWT) forgives our shortcomings, accepts our acts of worship, protects us from all forms of evil and grants us success in this life and the Hereafter.
