Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has congratulated Kwara State Governor and Chairman of the Nigerian Governors Forum, Malam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, on his election as President of the Forum of Africa Regions (FORAF).
In a statement signed by Ibrahim kaula Mohammad chief press secretary to the Governor, the Governor described the victory as a proud moment for Nigeria and Africa as a whole.
Governor Radda said the election reflects the trust and confidence placed in Governor Abdulrazaq by his peers across the continent, noting that this position gives Nigeria a strong voice in regional cooperation and development efforts.
The Governor expressed his belief that under Governor Abdulrazaq’s leadership, FORAF will make significant progress in fostering collaboration among African regions.
Governor Radda also pledged the support of Katsina State for all initiatives that aim to strengthen unity and development across Africa. He encouraged the new President to continue demonstrating exceptional leadership and vision in his role.
Governor Radda, on behalf of the government and the people of Katsina State wished Malam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq success in his new role, confident that his election will lead to positive outcomes for the continent and inspire other leaders to uphold the values of cooperation and service.
