The Commissioner of Police, Zamfara State Command, CP Ahmad Muhammad Bello, PSC+, MNIPS, CCNP, has paid a condolence visit to the Zurmi Emirate following the passing of His Royal Highness, Alhaji Muhammad Bello Suleman, the Emir of Zurmi, Sarkin Zamfaran Zurmi.
A statement signed by the command public relations officer DSP Yazid Abubakar said the Commissioner of Police Zamfara State Command who led members of the Command on the condolence visit, expressed his deep sympathy and heartfelt condolences to the Zurmi Emirate, the Zamfara State Government, and the entire people of Zurmi over the irreparable loss of the revered traditional ruler.
CP Bello described the late Emir as a respected traditional institution holder whose contributions to the peace, unity, stability, and development of his people would be remembered and cherished.
He noted that the death of His Royal Highness was a great loss not only to the Zurmi Emirate but to the entire Zamfara State, particularly at a time when the wisdom, guidance, and prayers of traditional rulers remain vital to the restoration and sustenance of peace and security.
The Commissioner prayed Almighty Allah to forgive the shortcomings of the deceased, grant him Aljannatul Firdaus, and give the immediate family, the Emirate Council, the Zamfara State Government, and the entire people of Zurmi the fortitude to bear the loss.
