    ‎ACTING COMMANDANT NASM EXTOLS NACOLM FOR POSITIVELY SHAPING THE CAREER OF OFFICERS ‎

    ‎The Commandant, Nigerian Army College of Logistics and Management (NACOLM), Major General Adewale Collins Adetoba has been praised for his leadership and tireless efforts in shaping the career of officers of the Nigerian Army through the qualitative staff and management training offered by the College.

    A statement signed by Major Innocent Oche Audu, public relations officer, Nigerian army college of logistics and management The commendation was made by the Acting Commandant Nigerian Army School of Music (NASM), Lieutenant Colonel Rahael Nvene who paid a courtesy visit to the College.

    ‎The visit which was aimed at strengthening the school’s partnership with NACOLM for better service delivery was held at the Commandant NACOLM Conference Room in Ojo, Lagos on Thursday, 4 June 2026.‎

    ‎Speaking during the visit, the Acting Commandant NASM disclosed that the long standing relationship between the NACOLM and NASM has yielding several positive gains for both institutions. He said the visit was also to familiarize himself with the College which he is proud to be an alumni.

    The Acting Commandant further appreciated the Commandant NACOLM for his leadership and academic guidance, as he proudly recalled his days as a student of the Logistics Staff Course (LSC) in the College. He also disclosed how the Commandant who was then his supervising Directing Staff guided him with his Commandant’s paper which later emerged as the best Commandant’s Paper of the Course.

    Lieutenant Colonel Nvene applauded the College for the knowledge bestowed on him which he said elevated his career. He recounted how he was able apply, and was successful selected to hold Logistics Staff appointments at a UN Mission Headquarters due to advantage gained by his undertaking the LSC in the prestigious College. He appreciated the Commandant and the staff of the College for their efforts and sacrifices.

    ‎Responding, the Commandant NACOLM commended the Acting Commandant NASM for his efforts in piloting the affairs of the NASM. He expressed delight to see one of his mentees attaining such lofty heights and urged him to continue to imbibe the spirit of excellence.

    ‎He also expressed appreciation to Acting Commandant for his continuous support to the College especially during special events and students training exercises.‎

    The successful visit had in attendance the Deputy Commandant/Director of Studies NACOLM, Brigadier General Sylvester Anyogo, Directors, Chief Instructors, Head of Department and Units. High points of the visit were the presentation of souvenirs and a group photograph.
