    APC NORTH CENTRAL CAMPAIGN RALLY: TINUBU IS COMMITTED TO SAFER COMMUNITIES, GREATER NIGERIA – FIRST LADY OF NIGERIA

    The First Lady of Nigeria, Sen. Oluremi Tinubu, has assured that her husband, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, is committed to building safer communities and a greater Nigeria.

    A statement signed by Bologi Ibrahim Chief Press Secretary to the Governor said the wife of the president gave the assurance during the flag-off campaign rally of the North Central Zone of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the re-election of Tinubu/Shetima held in Lafia.

    She described her husband as a bold leader who can be trusted with leadership that leads to prosperity.

    The First Lady, who highlighted some achievements of President Tinubu across several sectors, stressed the need to re-elect him for continuity.

    “And you can tell people that Mr President is very serious about security, the unity of this nation and the prosperity of the people.

    “We can see that our economy is stabilising. Foreign exchange is going down, and investors are coming back to Nigeria. Our governors are carrying out infrastructural development like no other time.

    “So vote for continuity, vote for capacity, vote for prosperity, vote for the re-election of Mr President and all the candidates of APC all the way from top to bottom,” she said.

    Niger State Governor,farmer Mohammed Umaru Bago who doubles as the North Central Zonal Coordinator of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council for Tinubu/ Shetima pledged that the zone will work assiduously to ensure that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is re-elected in the 2027 presidential election.

    He said the economy reforms, industrialisation, and infrastructural transformation, among other policies implemented by President Tinubu, are unprecedented.

    The Farmer Governor described the rally as a “test of microphone to tell the world that the North Central zone is APC 100%”.

    In his remarks, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation and political leader of the North Central Zone, Sen. George Akume, described President Tinubu as a man of vision who does not only dream big but also act big.

    He said the President has displayed courage and boldness in taking decisions that have engendered development and are bringing prosperity to the nation; hence, he should be re-elected to consolidate his transformational reforms.

    In their separate remarks, the APC National Chairman, Prof. Nenta Yilwatda, and the chairman of the Progressives Governors Forum, and Governor of Imo States, Hope Uzodinma, noted that unity remains a vital tool for the party’s success in the 2027 general elections.

    They maintained that the APC is undeterred by distractions but remains focused on delivering good governance for the prosperity of the people.

    Also speaking, the Nasarawa State Governor, Eng. Abdullahi Sule, who is also the Chairman of the North Central States Forum, noted that the State and other North Central States have many reasons to ensure the re-election of President Tinubu.

    Other governors from the zone who took turns to deliver their goodwill messages reassured that the zone is prepared to ensure Tinubu is re-elected and all APC candidates.

    The North Central Zone comprises Niger, Nasarawa, Plateau, Benue, Kogi, and Kwara States as well as the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.
