Concerned Yobe state APC youths stakeholders for the re-election of PBAT in Yobe state have expressed concern over the recent disqualification of Alhaji Hassan Kafayos from participating in the Zone C Senatorial Primaries taking place today, the 18th day of May, 2026.
A statement from the forum observed that this emerging strategy and disturbing pattern of last minute disqualification of Aspirants by the Party especially in Yobe State will have a major impact on the electoral fortunes of the APC in Yobe State and the re election of our Mentor and Leader, His Excellency, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR
It therefore calls on the National Leadership of the great party to thread with caution on taking this hasty and dangerous approach in order not to jeopardize our electoral chances in trying to satisfy a few interests who are bent on imposing unpopular candidates at all costs on the State.
The statement added that let’s harken to reason so as not to jeopardize the future of our Party and hard fought democracy.
