The Examination President and Commander, Training and Doctrine Command Nigerian Army (TRADOC NA), Major General Peter Malla, has charged members of the Examination Panel for the Captain to Major Practical Promotion Examination (CMPPE) 2026 scheduled for 5 – 9 October 2026 to uphold integrity and professionalism in the conduct of the examination.
A statement signed by Lieutenant Colonel Felicia Daniel Acting Deputy Director Army Public Relations Training and Doctrine Command Nigerian Army said Major General Malla gave the charge on Sunday, 27 September 2026, while addressing Members of the Examination Panel at the Headquarters 3 Division Nigerian Army Auditorium, Jos, Plateau State. He stressed that the credibility of any examination is the responsibility of all stakeholders noting that TRADOC NA has continued to emplace measures to that the standards and sanctity of the Examination process are upheld.
According to him, the CMPPE is a criteria for selection to attend Junior Staff Course at the Armed Forces Command and Staff andCollege. Therefore, candidates must be assessed objectively to determine the level of their professional knowledge and leadership capabilities required to manage contemporary complex security challenges.
In his welcome remarks, the General Officer Commanding 3 Division and Commander Joint Task Force Operation ENDURING PEACE, Major General Wunukhe Dangana, tasked the panel to uphold the highest standards of objectivity and fairness. He assured the panel of the full support of Headquarters 3 Division Nigerian Army for a successful exercise.
