…Seeks collaboration with the Brigade in tackling insecurity in the State
The newly appointed Commissioner of Police(CP) Ogun State Command, CP Bode Ojajuni has on 21 April 2026 paid a courtesy visit to the Commander 35 Artillery Brigade, Brigadier General Godwin Nwamba at the Brigade’s Headquarters Alamala Barracks Abeokuta, Ogun State as part of his tour to security agencies in the State.
This was contained in a statement signed by Major IdereghiI Samuel Akari assistant director army public relations 35 artillery brigade issued to newsmen.
In his remarks during the visit, the CP stated that he was at the Brigade to familiarize himself with the Commander and personnel of the Brigade. He sought for promotion of inter agency cooperation in the State. He said that the two agencies need to work together to tackle insecurity in the State.
The Commander 35 Artillery Brigade, in his remarks assured the CP of the Brigade’s cooperation in tackling insecurity in the State. He advised against inter agency rivalry in the State that is mostly caused by the junior cadre.
