The Commissioner of Police, Akwa Ibom State Command, CP Baba Mohammed Azare, fsi, has paid a courtesy visit to the Honourable Justice Ntong Ntong of the Court of Appeal at his residence.
The visit was aimed at strengthening institutional collaboration, fostering mutual understanding, and exploring strategies to further enhance the existing relationship between the Nigeria Police Force and the Judiciary.
A statement signed by the command public relations officer DSP Timfon John said the engagement underscored the critical importance of synergy between both institutions in the effective administration of justice and the maintenance of law and order in the State.
During the interaction, CP Azare reaffirmed the Command’s commitment to upholding the rule of law, respecting judicial processes, and ensuring that policing activities align with constitutional provisions and judicial expectations.
In the course of the visit, the Commissioner of Police also inspected an ongoing police station building project within the area. He expressed satisfaction with the level of progress recorded and emphasized the importance of improved infrastructure in enhancing operational efficiency and effective service delivery to the public.
The Command remains steadfast in its commitment to strengthening partnerships with critical stakeholders and ensuring the safety and security of all residents in Akwa Ibom State.
