During his presentation, CP Bello highlighted the need for corps members to remain vigilant, avoid unnecessary risks, and comply with security advisories issued by relevant authorities. He advised them to be mindful of their movements, particularly when travelling outside the camp, and to avoid visiting unfamiliar or high-risk locations without adequate information and necessary precautions.
The Commissioner further encouraged corps members to promptly report suspicious movements, persons, or activities to the appropriate security agencies rather than attempting to investigate security threats themselves. He stressed that corps members are not security operatives and should prioritise their personal safety at all times.
