ADC gubernatorial candidate in Katsina State, Sen Ahmad Babba Kaita has urged citizens of the state not to panic as expenditure of the state’s public resources will be accounted for by the outgoing APC administration in the state.

While receiving various groups from all parts of the state who pay him sympathy visits on his return from medical trip, Kaita described as unfortunate, the way the present APC administration in the state is wasting public resources with disdain especially using such funds for wedding, birt and turbaning ceremonies among others when the electorate continue to languish in poverty and insecurity.

He noted that as concerned citizens of the state, ADC stakeholders are aware that in the last three years, the state government has received and spent over N1 trillion but with little to show to justfy the expenditure.

According to him, the state civil servants, healthcare and economic sectors suffer most at a time when wives of those in power showcase their wealth in gold and diamonds even as they are struggling to return to power.
