The Executive Governor of Yobe State Hon. Mai Mala Buni CON COMN today condoled with the former Minister of Science and Technology, Dr. Abdu Bulama, over the death of his wife, Hajiya Khadijah Bulama.
In a statement signed by Mal Mamman Muhammad, DG press and media affairs to the Governor, Gov. Buni described the death as a huge loss to the family and the people of Yobe State.
“Its a great loss not only for the family but to the entire people of the state.
“May Allah forgive her shortcomings, grant her Aljannah, and to the family, the fortitude to bear the loss” Gov. Buni prayed.
Dr. Bulama expressed appreciation for the show of love and concern demonstrated by Governor Buni.
“I feel highly honoured with this visit to sympathise with the family at this trying period, may Allah reward you abundantly” he said.
Gov. Buni was accompanied on the condolence visit by the APC gubernatorial candidate, Baba Malam Wali Mni, Chairman Potiskum local government council, Alh. Salisu Mukhtari and Yobe state coordinator of the Renewed Hope Initiative, Hon. Sulieman Damagum.
