Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, last night received former Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Dr. Isa Ali Pantami, on a courtesy visit at Government House, Katsina.
Dr. Pantami, who was in the state to deliver the Convocation Lecture at the 1st Convocation Ceremony of the Katsina State Institute of Technology and Management (KSITM), took time off his schedule to pay homage and greet His Excellency.
The lecture, titled “Navigating the Future: Skills Development and Innovation in the Digital Era,” was delivered ahead of the convocation ceremony held this morning
