    Governor Radda Appoints Alhaji Aminu Alhassan as State Coordinator, Conditional Cash Transfer Programme

    Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has approved the appointment of Alhaji Aminu Alhassan as the State Coordinator of the Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) Programme.

    A statement signed by Ibrahim kaula Mohammad chief press secretary to the Governor said Alhaji Aminu Alhassan is an experienced public servant with a strong background in public administration, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, and programme implementation.

    The statement said he has served Katsina State in several strategic positions with professionalism, integrity, and dedication.

    “This appointment reflects our commitment to placing competent and experienced individuals in key positions to strengthen social protection programmes and improve service delivery to the people of Katsina State. We are confident that Alhaji Aminu Alhassan will serve faithfully, diligently, and in the best interest of the service,” Governor Radda said.

    The Governor reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to strengthening social protection programmes and ensuring government interventions reach the intended beneficiaries, particularly the vulnerable.

    “I congratulate Alhaji Aminu Alhassan on this well-deserved appointment and urge him to justify the confidence reposed in him through dedication, integrity, and accountability. I pray that Almighty Allah grants him wisdom, strength, guidance, and success in this important responsibility,” the Governor added.

    The appointment reflects Governor Radda’s commitment to merit and effective leadership. It takes effect from August 1, 2026.
