    GOVERNOR UBA SANI(CON) MAKES KEY APPOINTMENTS TO STRENGTHEN GOVERNANCE, ENHANCE SERVICE DELIVERY, AND DRIVE THE STATE’S TRANSFORMATIVE AGENDA

    As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen governance, inject fresh energy into public service, and accelerate the administration’s transformative agenda, the Governor of Kaduna State, His Excellency, Senator Uba Sani(CON), has approved some appointments.

    This was contained in a statement signed Ibraheem Musa Chief Press Secretary to the Governor issued to newsmen.

    The appointees and their positions are as follows.

    1. Hon. Audu Maikori – Chief Strategic Advisor, Inter – Governmental Affairs.

    2. Umar Uba Maicitta – Senior Special Assistant, Community Relations.

    3. Aminu Mohammed Gusau – Senior Special Assistant – Policy Communications.

    BOARD CHAIRMEN AND MEMBERS

    1. Kaduna State University, Governing Council

    i. Dr. Ibrahim Umar – Pro-Chancellor/Chairman

    ii. Dr.Ibrahim Hamidu – Member Representing Zone 1

    iii. Malam Adamu Aliyu Shika – Member Representing Zone 2

    iv. Mrs. Ladi Barnabas Bala Bantex – Member Representing Zone 3

    v. Alhaji Adamu Attah – Member Representing Organized Private Sector

    2. Kaduna Mining Development Company Management Board

    i. Lawal Umar Meyere – Board Chairman

    ii. Hon. Addau Ahmed – Member Representing Zone 1

    ii. Hon. Kabiru Tsoho Yakawada – Member Representing Zone 2

    iii. Yohanna Allah Magani Christopher – Member Representing Zone 3

    3. Kaduna State Schools Quality Assurance Authority Management Board

    i. Tanko Kokwain – Board Chairman

    ii. Thomas Samuel Amale – Member Representing Zone 1

    iii. Esther Ayuba Anthony – Member Representing Zone 2

    iv. Mustapha Ahmed – Member Representing Zone 3

    4. Kaduna State Livestock Regulatory Agency

    i. David Umar Gurara – Board Chairman

    ii. Bello Nuhu Yakubu – Member Representing Zone 1

    iii. Hon. Hassan Adamu Shekarau – Member, Representing Zone 2

    iv. Mrs. Hannatu Sambo – Member Representing Zone 3

    5. Kaduna State Media Corporation (KSMC) Board

    i. Yakubu El Saad Lere – Board Chairman

    ii. Zubairu Balarabe Saminu – Member Representing Zone 1

    iii. Binta Saidu – Member Representing Zone 2

    iv. Habila Abel Adamu – Member Representing Zone 3

    The statement said the new appointees are seasoned professionals and resourceful leaders carefully selected based on their proven track records, competence, and unwavering dedication to the socio-economic development of Kaduna State.

    While congratulating the new appointees, Governor Uba Sani also challenged them to view their appointments as a call to duty. He urged them to hit the ground running by executing their duties with utmost diligence, transparency, and strict adherence to ethical conduct, to ensure the rapid delivery of democratic dividends to the good people of Kaduna State.
