    HON. ZANNAN BUNGUDU DONATES 100 BAGS OF WHEAT TO DIABETES PATIENTS

    As part of his giant strides to cushion the plight of people particularly vulnerable, Hon. Dr. Abdulmalik Zubairu Zannan Bungudu House of Reps Member representing Bungudu/Maru Federal Constituency Bungudu today supported the diabetes patients with 100 bags of wheat.

    This was contained in a statement signed by Jekadan bungudu, Aminu Lawal bungudu Chief Spokesman of the lawmaker issued to newsmen.

    Highlights of the distribution of the commodity had shown that it was given to the patients drawn from Bungudu and Maru LGAs and those being consulted at Federal Medical Centre Gusau among others.

    The overall idea behind the provision of the gesture was to ease the difficulties being experienced by people suffering from diabetes ailment.

    “Diabetes case medication and management is a herculean task which involves callosal spending, hence the need to key in to support the victims using available means” Zannan Bungudu explained.

    Coordinator, Diabetes Association of Nigeria, Zamfara State Chapter Dr. Kabir Sada represented by Dr. Sikiru received the commodity on behalf of members of the association where he appreciated the Federal Lawmaker for identifying with diabetics in his representation.

    According to him, it was not the first time the lawmaker assisted the association or its members, pointing out how Zannan Bungudu’s representation impacted positively on the health and humanitarian sectors.

    While promising to utilised the support for the purpose it was provided Dr. Sada prayed Allah SWT to multiply the earning of Zannan Bungudu and reward him most abundantly.
