The Kano State Governorship candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Comrade Aminu Abdussalam Gwarzo has departed Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport (MAKIA) to Saudi Arabia.
Gwarzo will perform the lesser Hajj in Saudi to thank Almighty Allah for his emergency as Governorship candidate in the coming 2027 general elections.

In a statement by Ibrahim Garba Shuaibu, his spokesperson explained that Comrade Gwarzo will spend two weeks in the holy land.
According to the statement, his running mate Alhaji Mustapha Rabiu Kwankwaso will continue hosting and running all the campaign activities and consultations.
