The African Democratic Congress ADC gubernatorial candidate in Katsina, Senator Ahmad Babba Kaita has sent his appreciation to all his supporters and the people of the state over their prayers for his quick recovery.
A statement signed by Abubakar Ahmed Spokesman ABK Gubernatorial Campaign said his appreciation specifically went to the ADC for supporting him to fly the gubernatorial flag in Katsina State.
Senator Babba Kaita who recently underwent a minor surgery at a foreign hospital has been receiving messages of concern from his ever increasing supporters from within and outside the state.
“I am particularly touched by your goodwill and other encouraging messages for my quick recovery.
“I wish to assure you that the orthopedic procedure went very smoothly and in the way I responded to treatment, In Shaa Allah, I will be up and running soon.
He commended other candidates of the party at various levels in their collective effort to improve the standard of living of citizens of the state.
The gubernatorial candidate also commended operators of his campaign office and the Katsina State chapter of the ADC for keeping the party alive throughout the state.
He said “as we move closer to the official kickoff of of the governorship and state house of assembly campaigns which marks the beginning of full campaigns in the country, I remain confident that the ADC which is the only opposition party with full structure in place, will defeat the incumbent APC government in the 2027 election. ”
Meanwhile, all other candidates of the party have been warming up in preparation forthe campaigns.
