In continuation of the official visit to Bahir Dar by the DG/CEO of NILEST Dr. Auwal Mustapha Imam, FNIP and his team, today Thursday, DG was taken round Textiles and Leather production factories and Laboratories operated by EiTEX, Bahir Dar University.
A statement from the DGs media unif issued to newsmen said the inspection was to see and assess the equipment and devices that will be suitable for use by NILEST staff and students during exchange or practical visits.
EiTEX has over 50 Laboratories and Workshops, as well as Textiles production factory that is feeding Ethiopian markets with Textiles and fabrics. Also, a robust footwear production workshop and other leather goods production factory
