The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Dr. Abbas Tajudeen, has reaffirmed his commitment to improving the lives of the people.
The Speaker gave the assurance during the distribution of empowerment support — Point of Sale [POS] machines and One Hundred Thousand Naira cash to 1,000 people to enable them to start businesses and improve their livelihoods held in Zaria.
Dr. Abbas Tajudeen said this is part of the developmental projects and efforts to enhance the lives of the people in his constituency.
The Speaker of the House of Representatives said that each person will receive a POS machine, One Hundred Thousand Naira, and the necessary equipment to run a business.
Dr. Abbas Tajudeen said the goal is to build the community, boost the economy, and create a conducive environment for doing good businesses.
The beneficiaries of the support commended the gesture and said they will make proper use of the items and use them to improve their lives.
