Two persons we’re kidnapped and two other person’s killed in Abu community yesterday, Saturday,22/08/2026 between 8:00pm and 9:00pm.
This was contained in a statement signed by Aminu A. Abdullahi (Dan Malikin Ninzo)Council Secretary on behalf of Uchu Fadan Ninzo issued to newsmen.
It said one of the Kidnapped Victim;Mr Ezekiel from Gwantu is the owner of a private clinic close to the residence of the Late District head of Abu District.
While the second kidnapped victim is the wife of the Late District head of Abu,Mr Audu Galadima(Fagachin Ninzo).
According to the statement,the two persons killed were said to be walking by the road closed to the clinic when they were flashed by the hoodlums who were hiding in the Teaks Plantation behind the Clinic and got bullets as an answer when they sought to know who flashed them.
Security personnel quickly came to the scene and are doing the needful.
His Highness Uchu Fadan Ninzo condemned in the strongest terms this emerging waves of banditry in the CHIEFDOM and as still urged the security to intensity their security surveillance.
In the same vein all Communities should comply with the directive from the Palace to set up a functional Vigilance group to secure their respective communities.
His Highness Uchu Fadan pray for the reposed of the souls of the two deceased and and pray for the family to have the courage and fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
Similarly, His Highness pray for the safe and speedy release of the kidnapped victims .
