ALLOW PRESIDENT TINUBU TO MOVE TO THE NEXT LEVEL DONT IGNORE THE TERMINAL SHARING ORDER BETWEEN NORTH AND SOUTH.
Recent political misunderstanding between the North and the South on presidency is brewing fresh desire to temper with the two terms tenure which will derail the country from peaceful co existence.
The opposition circle are finding the two terms mission as improper suspecting regional favoritism in the system with clear look at the administration of President Ahmed Bola Tinubu suspecting as favoring the South west.
If favoritism can be accepted every leader can tilt to his country side within that two terms order, we must accept that with critical look for correction of the ruling individual behavior not the terms allocation.
We must learn how to claim responsibility of failure to properly take care of your people, the politics is run by different behaviors some positive some negative.
Improper consideration of citizens problems from all the side is the source of the misunderstanding, there is nothing wrong for a Northern President to pay attention to existing problems in the North the same with a Southern President. Don’t forget to remember derivation order that shifted 13% to the South-South at the same time enjoying sharing with other regions.
If President Tinubu is shifting attention to the problems of the South West what is wrong with his system comparing Late Muhammad Buhari tenure that failed to pay strict attention to Northern problems. In politics if you failed to satisfy your people why accusing who is carefully taking care of his own. Why can’t you carefully study and comply accordingly?
The tenure of Late Muhammad Buhari that served the nation differently the North was accusing him of favoring the South West the whole issue is only teaching the political system to carefully study for the politicians to change.
We have the National Assembly that can control excessive favoritism against regional interest why can’t we rely on our representatives in the Assemblies to control and bring the Presidency to order.
As long as one part of the country will enjoy two terms presidency and opposition can fight for change, there is no reason to abandon the concept mid term and embrace divisive tendency that will not favor the peaceful co existence of the country.
Two terms presidency is good but every President from the sides must use the available maximum opportunity to develop the citizens without tilting the country to divisive tendencies. There is nothing wrong in serving your corner under proper control of the law designed by the National Assemblies.
