    2026 APC CONSENSUS ASPIRANTS FORUM NIGER STATE ENDORSES PRESIDENT TINUBU AND GOVERNOR BAGO FOR SECOND TERM

    The 2026 APC Consensus Aspirants Forum, Niger State has endorsed president Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the executive governor of Niger state farmer Mohammed Umaru Bago for a second term in Office.

    This was contained in a statement signed by Bologi Ibrahim Chief Press Secretary to the Governor issued to newsmen.

    It said that the group led by its Chairman, Abdul Abdulsalam while at the Government House Minna said the group is satisfied with the policies and programmes of the ruling All Progressives Congress APC as well as the exemplary leadership of the farmer governor and therefore deserves to continue to lead the State to greater heights.

    He said, the Forum reaffirms its total support to the farmer governor and ensured him that members remain loyal to the APC and will continue to work for the progress of the party and vote all APC Candidates vying for political seats in the next general elections .

    Secretary of the Forum Haruna Gambo used the avenue to deny the rumours making the rounds that members of the forum are planning to leave the APC adding that, they remain loyal to the farmer governor and his ideals and do not intend to ditch the APC Party

    In his response,the executive governor of Niger State, farmer Umaru Bago appreciated the group members for their unity and their continued support to the APC despite losing in the primary elections.

    He commended them for their courage, sacrifice, patience and perseverance and reassured then that he will carry them along in his campaign team to ensure success.

    Farmer Bago reiterated that his administration remains committed to the new Niger agenda and have a Niger State that will be the pride of every Nigerlite.
