Makinde threw the challenge in Yola on Saturday during the party’s (APM) North East town hall meeting where the party’s stakeholders and candidates strategized regarding the 2027 general elections stressing that the Bola Tinubu’s led government claimed to have the magic bullet to solving the challenges facing the country as an entity but has failed.

“Give us your pricing templates so that we can make our inputs as Nigerians because government is for everyone not only those in the corridor of power”. Makinde insisted.

He urged Nigerians to hold president Bola Tinubu responsible for his failed promises and vote him out of the forthcoming 2027 election reminding Nigerians that when the presidential administration came in, Tinubu said “if l don’t fix the electricity issue for Nigeria in four years then don’t vote for me again”.

“So if electricity is not fixed by now then you (Nigerians) know where you will cast their votes for a better future for our younger generation” .Said Makinde.

Makinde promised Nigerians if given the mandate to serve as president to be sincere in finding solutions to the challenge facing the country pledging to have a listening government so that some solutions can come from the people.

“Our government, if given the mandate by Nigerian voters in 2027, will not allow one section of the country to dominate the system; rather , it will be a transitional government of national unity”. Makinde promised.

In his remarks, the national leader of the party and Bauchi state Governor, Senator Bala Mohammed applauded the support and cooperation received from members and stakeholders in welcoming the APM’ s presidential hopeful, Governor Makinde to the North East zone.

Mohammed described the APM as a credible political platform for addressing Nigeria’s challenges and called on Nigerians to support the party and its candidates across the country in the 2027 elections.

He said the party was committed to resetting the country through policies and programmes aimed at improving governance, addressing the needs of citizens and fulfilling its campaign promises
