The Vice-Chancellor of Bayero University, Kano (BUK), Professor Haruna Musa, paid a courtesy visit to the Authority Chief Executive (ACE) of the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA), Mallam Rabiu A. Umar, at the Authority’s headquarters.
The visit served as a platform to strengthen the longstanding relationship between Bayero University and the Authority while exploring opportunities for strategic collaboration in research, innovation, capacity building and human capital development.
Receiving the Vice-Chancellor and his delegation, Mallam Rabiu A. Umar, a distinguished alumnus of Bayero University, expressed delight over the visit and reaffirmed his enduring commitment to supporting his alma mater. He commended the University’s contributions to producing highly skilled graduates who continue to make meaningful impacts across various sectors of the Nigerian economy.
