The Executive Chairman of Zaria Local Government, Engr. Jamil Ahmad Muhammad (Jaga), today participated in the Joint Account Allocation Committee (JAAC) meeting for the June 2026 Federation Account allocation in Kaduna.
The Chairman has been consistent in attending the meeting where resources are being channelled to support the execution of various policies and the execution of development projects in the local government.
The meeting focused on transparent allocation of funds, fiscal accountability, and strengthening grassroots service delivery across the 23 Local Government Areas of Kaduna State.
The meeting also provided an opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders on strategies that will strengthen local governance and accelerate the delivery of critical projects and essential services to the people of Zaria.
The Chairman has been described by the residents of the local government as a workaholic person who is always ahead of other Chairmen in terms of infrastructural development, transparency and proper execution and monitoring of projects undertaken in the local government.
