The Executive Chairman of Zaria Local Government, Engr.Jamil Ahmad Muhammad (Jaga), observed the Jumu’ah prayer at Haruna Danja Jummat Mosque, where he joined Muslim faithful in prayers for peace, unity, and progress within the community.
Following the congregational prayer, Engr. Jaga participated in the Sallah Janazah prayer of the late father of Habu Na Talango, where he prayed fervently for Allah’s forgiveness, mercy, and eternal rest upon the deceased.
Thereafter, the Chairman embarked on several condolence visits to sympathize with grieving families across Zaria. During the visits, he offered heartfelt prayers and words of comfort, asking Almighty Allah to forgive the departed souls and grant their families the strength and patience to bear these irreplaceable losses.
The condolence visits included:
• The family of Late Harira Zakari Yau, mother of Dr. Ibrahim Zakari Yau (Elder), at Nuhu Road, Anguwan Dandutse, Tudun Wada, Zaria.
• The family of Late Hajiya Khadija Abdullahi Matata at Gyallesu Community, Zaria.
• The family of Late Malam Sallau Baban Asma’u at Layin Joji, Tudun-Wada, Zaria.
• The family of the wife of Ali Mai Yasin at Sabon Layi, Tudun-Wada, Zaria.
• The family of Late Hajiya Lami at Unguwar Malamai, Gyallesu Ward, Zaria.
• The family of the wife of Alhaji Uba Santana at Unguwar Danmadami, Zaria City.
May Almighty Allah (SWT) forgive the deceased, grant them Aljannatul Firdaus, and continue to strengthen their families during this difficult time
