As Hajj flight operations commence today at Gusau International Airport, security agencies have advised all well-wishers and escorts accompanying intending pilgrims to remain at the Hajj Camp.
According to security officials, only authorized personnel and intending pilgrims will be granted access to the airport premises.
A statement signed by Jamilu Bello information officer ministry of works and infrastructure said this measure is aimed at ensuring smooth, orderly, and secure Hajj flight operations.
The public, particularly relatives and supporters of pilgrims, is urged to cooperate with security agencies and comply with the directive to avoid congestion and facilitate seamless airport activities.
