    The chairman of Zaria local government Eng Jamil Mohammad jaga has handed over the newly procure Armoured personnel carrier to the Commandant mopol Zaria.

    The chairman who was represented by the Council secretary, Shuaibu Abdullahi Mai canter described the occasion as historic,as part of efforts to assist security agencies in the discharge of their responsibilities.

    He maintained that the procurement and deployment of this security vehicle represents a further demonstration of the administration’s practical commitment to strengthening security operations and sustaining the peace, stability and relative safety enjoyed by the people of Zaria.

    According to him, under the leadership of Engr. Jamil Ahmad Muhammad Jaga, Zaria Local Government has continued to recognise that effective security requires not only collaboration with security agencies but also tangible institutional support, logistics and operational capacity. This latest intervention is therefore part of our deliberate efforts to enhance the capacity of security personnel to respond effectively to emerging security challenges and protect lives and property across the Local Government Area.

    Engr Jamil Jaga said “Our partnership with security agencies remains strategic and results-oriented. By supporting frontline security institutions with the necessary operational resources, we are contributing to a safer environment for residents, businesses, commuters and communities throughout Zaria”.

    The Chairman further said we are confident that our continued collaboration and sustained investment in security will yield even greater results for our people.

    “ The Zaria Local Government Administration remains committed to doing everything within its mandate to support the maintenance of peace, security and development in the Local Government Area”he added
