The Executive Chairman of Zaria Local Government Council, Engr. Muhammad Jamil Ahmad Muhammad Jaga , has expressed profound appreciation to political support groups, community associations, youth organisations, women groups, professional bodies, families, friends, and well-wishers who paid him Sallah homage at his residence in the spirit of Eid-el-Kabir celebrations.
In a statement signed by the chief press secretary office of the chairman, Galadima Ishaq said the Chairman described the overwhelming show of solidarity, unity, and goodwill as a reflection of the collective commitment of the people towards sustaining peace, strengthening social cohesion, and advancing inclusive grassroots development across Zaria Local Government.
Speaking during the engagements, Engr. Jamil Ahmad noted that the gathering further reinforced the strong relationship between the leadership of the council and the people at the community level, while emphasizing that participatory governance and continuous stakeholder engagement remain central to the administration’s development agenda
“I am deeply honoured and encouraged by the massive turnout, the goodwill messages, and the spirit of unity demonstrated by everyone present. The love and confidence reposed in our administration serve as renewed motivation for us to continue delivering people-oriented leadership, responsive governance, and sustainable development initiatives across our local government,” the Chairman stated.

Engr.
