Former Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs in Gombe State and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Ibrahim Dasuki Jalo Waziri, on Monday paid a courtesy visit to Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, CON, at the Government House.
A statement signed by the DG press affairs Gombe State government house Ismaila Uba Misilli said during the visit, Hon. Dasuki Waziri assured of support, loyalty and commitment to the governor’s leadership aimed at strengthening unity, cohesion and stability in the APC and the state at large.
Hon. Dasuki Jalo Waziri, a former National Chairman of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON), commended Governor Inuwa Yahaya for the sterling leadership, purposeful governance and remarkable achievements recorded under his administration.
He praised the Governor’s visionary leadership and steadfast commitment to the peace, progress and development of Gombe State, noting that his administration has continued to inspire confidence among party members and citizens alike.
“We are proud of your leadership and remain grateful for all that you continue to do for the progress, peace and development of our dear state,” Hon. Dasuki Waziri stated.
Responding, Governor Inuwa Yahaya welcomed the former commissioner and expressed appreciation for the brotherly visit, kind remarks and assurances of continued support and loyalty.
The Governor emphasized his administration’s commitment to inclusive governance, sustained unity and the continued development of the state for the benefit of all citizens.
