…Reaffirm Loyalty, Hail Development Strides
Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, CON, on Thursday received former Speaker of the Gombe State House of Assembly, Hon. Abubakar Sadiq Kurba, alongside former lawmaker Hon. Bala Boltongo, who paid him a solidarity visit at the Government House, Gombe.
A statement signed by DG Press affairs Gombe State government house ismaila Uba Mislli said the visit provided an opportunity for the former legislators to commend Governor Inuwa Yahaya for his sterling leadership, visionary governance and outstanding performance since assuming office.
Shedding light on the essence of the visit, shortly after the engagement, Hon. Bala Boltongo said they came to identify with the Governor and appreciate the giant strides of his administration, noting that the impact of his leadership is visible across infrastructure, healthcare, education and human capital development among other sectors.
He described Governor Inuwa Yahaya as a leader of uncommon vision whose governance style has strengthened public confidence and deepened the trust of stakeholders in the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and beyond.
“As loyal members of our great party, we considered it necessary to visit His Excellency, commend him for the remarkable work he is doing, and reassure him of our total solidarity, loyalty and commitment to his leadership direction,” Boltongo stated.
The former lawmakers praised the Governor for sustaining peace, promoting grassroots development and consolidating the gains of democratic governance in Gombe State.
Governor Inuwa Yahaya, while warmly receiving his guests, expressed appreciation for the visit and the show of solidarity.
The Governor emphasized that the support and unity of stakeholders remain vital to the continued progress and stability of the state.
He urged party leaders and members across the state to remain steadfast, united and focused on the collective goal of promoting Gombe State’s development agenda, assuring that his administration will continue to operate an open-door policy that accommodates constructive engagement and collective aspirations.
