The General Manager Katsina state Radio,Alh Lawal Attahiru Bakori has congratulated Aminu Garba Dandagoro on his emergence as the newly elected Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, Katsina State Council,alongside other members of the newly elected Executive Council of the Union.
In a statement signed by the GM on behalf of the Management and Staff of Katsina State Radio, we are pleased to see a highly qualified, and committed professional assume the leadership of the Union at this critical time,and we are confident that under your leadership, the NUJ in Katsina State will record greater achievements.
He said It is his sincere belief that through effective liaison, broad consultation, and by building on the achievements of the immediate past leadership, the Union will wax stronger and continue to defend the interests and welfare of journalists across the State.
The GM therefore appealed to colleagues in all chapels to give the new leadership their maximum support and cooperation for the success of this collective mandate.
Alh Lawal Attahiru Bakori also prayed that Almighty Allah grant the new NUJ chairman wisdom, strength, and guidance to discharge this onerous assignment successfully, for the good of the Union and the journalism profession in Katsina State
