Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has paid a condolence visit to the palace of the Sarkin Maska and District Head of Funtua, Alhaji Sambo Idris Sambo, following the death of his younger brother, Alhaji Yusuf Idris Sambo.
Governor Radda, who visited the traditional ruler at his palace in Funtua, expressed his condolences to the bereaved family and prayed Allah to forgive the deceased and grant him eternal rest.
The Governor described the loss of a loved one as painful, particularly to the immediate family, and urged the bereaved to take solace in the will of Allah.

He prayed Allah to admit Alhaji Yusuf Idris Sambo into Jannatul Firdausi and grant the family the strength and fortitude to bear the loss.
Similarly, while in Funtua, Governor Radda visited the family of the late Hon. Sani Liti to offer his condolences following his passing.

The Governor sympathised with the family and prayed Allah to forgive the deceased, grant him eternal rest in Jannatul Firdausi, and give the family the strength to cope with the loss.
The governor was accompanied on the visit by the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Hon. Abdulkadir Mamman Nasir; Principal Private Secretary, Hon. Abdullahi Aliyu Turaji; Alhaji Aminu SDY; Alhaji Mansir Sarkin Arewa amongst others.
