Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has felicitated the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of Council, University of Uyo, Dr. Muiz Banire, SAN, on the occasion of his 60th birthday.
In a statement signed by Ibrahim kaula Mohammad, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Governor Radda described Dr. Banire as a trusted ally, a loyal friend and a professional of high repute whose contributions to law, governance and national development have been outstanding.
