The executive governor of Niger State, farmer Mohammed Umaru Bago was among APC governors and thousands of APC party stalwarts that thronged the Kaduna township stadium for the APC Presidential campaign flag off.

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in his address appreciated the people of North west states for voting massively for him in the last elections and appealed for their votes for the second time and continuity.
“I must thank you for participating in the past elections, you gave me joy to remember the victory you gave me to become president.”
“I come again to seek your mandate for the second time, to keep a promise of prosperity, continuity, and progress forever.”
President Tinubu also commended APC governors for the good works they are carrying out in their respective States and urged Nigerians to turn out en masse and vote for all APC candidates vying for various positions in order to ensure prosperity, consistency, growth, recovery and opportunity.
Vice President Kasim Shettima in his address appreciated the North for the faith they have kept with the Bola Tinubu led administration.
“Nigeria needs its finest servants to stand together. What we have done is to fight for the survival of this nation.”

Vice president Shettina said, President Bola Tinubu has fiercely identified with the North over the years and was supportive of Northern candidates adding that, it is now the time for the Northern region to pay him back by voting for him to return for a second term in office.
APC National Chairman, Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda in his speech said Nigeria is celebrating a courageous and transformative leader in Tinubu as he remains the most competent and best candidate that any other party has presented.
He therefore urged Nigerians to ensure that he is given a second chance to continue with the good works he has already started for Nigeria’s continued prosperity.
Director General, APC Presidential campaign council, Abdulaziz Yari said the administration of Bola Tinubu has done alot for the Northern region and Nigeria in general in terms of reviving the economy, infrastructural and educational development, agricultural transformation and health.
He said the APC is going to campaign with records of achievements to showcase and have been engaging traditional and religious leaders to understand the importance of returning President Tinubu by 2027.
Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State who is also the Zonal Campaign Coordinator, North-West said the people of Kaduna remain appreciative of his affection for the State and for the overall commitment to the well-being of Nigerians.
He said, in the last three and a half years, President Tinubu has been embarking on decisive interventions in transportation, education, healthcare, agriculture, security and human capital development which have brought revival and truly renewed the hope of the people.
Highlights of the event were the virtual commissioning of part of section 1 and 3 of the 118km Abuja-Kaduna-Zaria-Kano road project by President Bola Tinubu and the presentation of APC state Governors from the North West .
