    GUSAU EMIRATE COUNCIL PAYS CONDOLENCE VISIT TO ZAMFARA STATE POLICE COMMAND OVER FALLEN OFFICERS

    The Commissioner of Police, Zamfara State Command, CP Ahmad Muhammad Bello, psc+, mnips, on behalf of the officers and men of the Command, received a delegation from the Gusau Emirate Council led by Alhaji Sambo A. Sambo, who represented His Royal Highness, Alhaji Abdulkadir Ibrahim Bello, the Emir of Gusau, on a condolence visit to the Command Headquarters in Gusau.

    This was contained in a statement signed by the command public relations officer DSP Yazid Abubakar issued to newsmen.

    The delegation visited to sympathize with the Command over the recent loss of police officers who paid the supreme price in the line of duty while protecting lives and property in the state.

    Speaking during the visit, Alhaji Sambo A. Sambo conveyed the Emir’s heartfelt condolences to the Commissioner of Police, the families of the deceased officers, and the entire Police Command. He prayed for the repose of the souls of the fallen heroes and for strength and comfort for their families and colleagues.

    In his response, CP Ahmad Muhammad Bello expressed gratitude to His Royal Highness, Alhaji Abdulkadir Ibrahim Bello, the Emir of Gusau, and the entire Emirate Council for the thoughtful visit and show of solidarity. He described the gesture as a source of encouragement to the Command and reaffirmed the commitment of the Nigeria Police Force to safeguarding the lives and property of residents across Zamfara State.

    The Commissioner of Police further assured the public that the sacrifices of the fallen officers would not be in vain and that the Command remains resolute in its efforts to combat crime and ensure lasting peace and security throughout the state.
