Alh Ibrahim Sani shawai the spokesman of the Gombe state APC Gubernatorial candidate,Dr Jamil Isyaku Gwamna has announced the passage of his beloved Father, Alhaji Sani Shawai, who returned to his Creator on Saturday at the age of 89.
A statement signed by Ibrahim s shawai described his late father as a loving parent, a mentor, a pillar of our family and a man whose wisdom, humility and guidance touched the lives of many.
He said his passing has left a deep void in our hearts, but we take solace in the fact that every soul shall taste death and that we all belong to Allah and to Him we shall return.
He has since been buried according to Islamic rites around 11am this Saturday at Dawakin Tofa Kano State.
Alh Ibrahim Sani shawai therefore humbly request your prayers for my late father. May Allah SWT forgive his shortcomings, have mercy upon him, illuminate and widen his grave, accept his good deeds, and grant him Aljannatul Firdaus.
May Allah also grant our family, relatives, friends and all those affected by this loss the strength, patience and fortitude to bear this great sorrow.
