The Executive Chairman of Zaria Local Government, Engr.Jamil Ahmad Muhammad (Jaga), served as the Chief Guest at the Progressive Movement 2027 Gathering, organized by Dujuman Kaita in honour of our leader, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt Hon Abbas Tajudeen, GCON.
A statement signed by Abdullahi Abubakar lawal SA New Media to the chairman said, the event attracted hundreds of enthusiastic women and youth supporters, alongside distinguished personalities from across Zaria and beyond. It provided a strong platform for reaffirming commitment to the continued progress and development of our nation and Kaduna State.
During the gathering, participants unanimously endorsed the continuity of the leadership of President
Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Our Leader The executive Governor of Kaduna state Senator Uba Sani, former Governor Alhaji Mukhtar Ramalan Yero for the Senate, Rt. Hon. Abbas Tajudeen for the House of Representatives representing Zaria Federal Constituency, and the APC candidates for Zaria Ciki and Zaria Kewaye State Constituencies.
In his remarks, Engr. Jaga called on the youth to come out en masse and support the All Progressives Congress (APC), emphasizing that continuity is essential for sustaining the developmental strides being witnessed across Zaria, Kaduna State, and Nigeria.
He also commended the organizers for the successful event and expressed sincere appreciation for their unwavering love, loyalty, and support for the Speaker, Iyan Zazzau, and the APC family.
Upon returning to his office, the Chairman continued his engagements by receiving members of the Kungiyar Mabuga Waya APC Support Group on a courtesy visit. He also welcomed the Community Leader of Kauran Juli, along with other individual visitors, where discussions focused on community development, grassroots participation, and strengthening collaboration for the progress of Zaria Local Government.
