Following the recent leadership transition at Post-Service Housing Development Limited (PHDL), the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Major General Kevin Ukandu, has concluded an inspection tour of the Company’s project sites and partner developments in Lagos and Ibadan from Friday, 31 July to Tuesday, 4 August 2026.
A statement signed by Lieutenant Augustina Nkeonyet,Acting Public Relations Officer Post-Service Housing Development Limited said the tour provided the MD with firsthand insight into the progress of ongoing housing projects, enabling him to assess project execution, interact with project teams, and reinforce PHDL’s commitment to delivering quality and affordable homes in line with the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lt Gen Waidi Shaibu’s vision. In addition to inspecting Company projects, the MD also held strategic engagements with Joint Venture partners involved in developments within the tour areas, discussing project milestones, strengthening existing partnerships, and exploring opportunities to accelerate delivery.
The inspection exercise reflects the new leadership’s commitment to informed decision-making, stronger stakeholder collaboration, and the vision of positioning PHDL for sustained growth, improvement, and advancement in line with its corporate mandate and the COAS’s vision.
