The Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency, in collaboration with the Nigerian Students in Madina, has continued its enlightenment and orientation programmes for intending pilgrims in Madina, Saudi Arabia.
A statement signed by Ibrahim Datti Makarfi, public relations officer of the board said the exercise is aimed at educating pilgrims on the proper conduct of Hajj rites, guiding them on spiritual obligations, and preparing them adequately for their journey to Makka to perform the lesser Hajj (Umrah).
Officials from both the Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency and Nigerian Students in Madina have been engaging pilgrims through lectures and interactive sessions to ensure they fully understand the procedures, rules, and expectations throughout their pilgrimage.
The remaining batch of pilgrims currently in Madina, who are scheduled to depart for Makka tomorrow, are actively participating in the enlightenment programme.
The Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring that all pilgrims from the state perform their religious obligations with ease, comfort, and proper guidance.
