Hon. Dr. Abdulmalik Zubairu Zannan Bungudu House of Reps Member Bungudu/Maru Federal Constituency today donated cash and food items to the family of deceased military personnel who were killed by armed bandits in Bindin town of Maru LGA in Zamfara State.
This was contained in a statement signed by Aminu Lawal Bungudu,Jekadan Bungudu ,Chief Spokesman to MHR Bungudu/Maru Federal Constituency issued to newsmen.

Recall that armed bandits had on Wednesday attacked a team of security forces working in the Bindin community and killed 12 soldiers and 5 civilians.

As a result, the lawmaker sent a powerful team to the office of Brigade Commander 1 Brigade Headquarters Gusau to condole and offer support to the family of victims of the attack and as well the Nigerian Army.
Presenting the support leader of the delegation and Secretary Coordinating Committee office of the Hon. Member Malam Aminu Lawal Jekadan Bungudu informed the Brigade Commander that it was meant to reduce the pain that may be face by the family of the victims during their trying moments.

The report says each of the 12 victims’ families received 500,000 naira and 5 bags of rice.
Other members of the team are Hon. Suleiman Usman Zumunchi , Idris Garba Rikiji and Hon. Tukur Ibrahim Magami.
