Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, this morning paid a condolence visit to the family of Alhaji Ibrahim Tukur Jikamshi, Director-General of the Katsina Investment Promotion Agency (KIPA), following the death of his father, Alhaji Tukur Barau, who passed away on 24 October 2026.
During the visit, Governor Radda extended his condolences to the bereaved family, expressing sympathy over their loss and praying to Almighty Allah to forgive the deceased, grant him Aljannatul Firdausi, and give the family the strength and patience to bear the irreparable loss.

The Governor also prayed for Allah’s mercy upon the deceased and urged the family to take solace in the Almighty’s will.
Governor Radda was accompanied on the condolence visit by the Deputy Governor, Hon. Faruk Lawal; former Deputy Governor, Hon. Tukur Ahmed Jikamshi; members of the Katsina State Executive Council; and other top government officials.
